"The Value of One
Luke 15:8–10

In the Parable of the Lost Coin, Jesus tells the story of a woman who had ten silver coins. Isang araw, may isa siyang nawala. Sa halip na bale-walain ito — kasi marami pa naman siyang natitira — she lights a lamp, sweeps the whole house, and searches carefully until she finds it. At nung makita niya ito, tinawag pa niya ang kanyang mga kaibigan at kapitbahay upang magdiwang.

What does this mean for us — especially for today’s generation na madalas makaramdam ng pagka-lost, burnout, o kaya ay wala nang halaga?

MAY APAT AKONG NATUTUNAN RITO.

1. You may feel lost, but you are never forgotten.

Minsan sa dami ng mga pinagdadaanan natin — pressure sa school, work, identity crisis, comparison sa social media, or even struggles in our spiritual life — we feel like we’ve been dropped or neglected. Pero gaya ng babaeng may nawalang coin, hindi ka kayang palampasin ng Diyos. He searches for you intentionally and relentlessly, not because you're useful, but because you are valuable.

2. God sees beyond the dirt.

Ang nawalang coin ay nasa sahig — marumi, maalikabok, posibleng natabunan. Ganyan din tayo minsan. May guilt, shame, hidden sins, or failures. Pero hindi yun naging dahilan para hindi hanapin ng babae ang coin. Hindi rin hadlang ang mga pagkukulang mo para itakwil ka ng Diyos. Kahit makalat ang buhay mo, hindi ka kalat para sa Kanya.

3. The heart of God is to restore, not to reject.

Pag nahanap ka Niya, walang sermon. Walang sumbat. Ang meron ay celebration. Sabi sa Luke 15:10, "There is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents." Imagine that! Every time someone returns to God — kahit matagal siyang nawala — heaven throws a party. That’s how much He values your return.

4. Ikaw ay hindi isa sa marami. Ikaw ay mahalaga sa sarili mong karapatan.

In a world that often treats people like numbers, likes, or views — God sees the one. He values individuals. Hindi ka crowd kay Lord. Isa kang minamahal na anak.

Challenge para sa mga kabataang Kristiyano:

Kung ikaw ay nasa season na feeling mo lost ka — spiritually dry, tired, or far from God — this is a reminder: Come home. The One who created you is still searching for you.
And if you’re found, if you're already walking with God, join Him in the search. Be the light that helps others find their way back to Him.

Truth, Ang pagiging abala ay hindi laging tanda ng pagiging mabunga. Ang tunay na bunga ay nagmumula sa buhay na nakaugat kay Kristo, puno ng pag-ibig, pananampalataya, at pagsunod sa kalooban ng Diyos.

Pero kung busy kalang, baka busy busyhan lang yan dahil may nakatingin! ✌️ Hehe.

Dapat may bunga! 🫡

“Hindi lahat ng busy, fruitful.”

Just because you're doing a lot,
doesn’t mean you're growing a lot.
Just because you're moving,
doesn't mean you're going somewhere God wants you to be.

Minsan akala natin,
“Sige, basta active ako sa ministry, okay na ‘to.”
Pero kapag tinanong ka ni Lord,
“Are you doing this with Me or just for Me?”
makakasagot ka ba nang tapat?

You can be busy and dry.
Present sa lahat ng meetings, pero absent sa secret place.
Visible sa stage, pero invisible sa prayer room.

Productivity doesn’t always mean fruitfulness.
Real fruitfulness comes from abiding in Christ.
(John 15:5)

Hindi lang siya sa dami ng nagagawa mo,
kundi sa lalim ng relasyon mo sa Kanya.
Hindi lang sa impact sa labas,
kundi sa obedience sa loob.

So pause. Reflect.
Is this busyness building the Kingdom,
or just feeding your ego?
Is this activity drawing you closer to Jesus,
or distracting you from Him?

You don’t need to be busy.
You need to be fruitful.
And fruit only grows when you stay connected to the Vine.

Hindi kailangan ng malalim na theology o perfect devotion.

Minsan isang verse lang sa isang araw, sapat na para baguhin ang perspective mo.
Hindi mo man agad makita ang resulta, pero unti-unti, binabago ka Niya — sa way mo mag-isip, sa way mo magmahal, at sa way mo lumaban sa mga battles mo sa buhay.

Hindi instant, pero consistent.
Hindi dramatic, pero totoo.
Ang pagbabasa ng Bible ay parang pagtatanim — hindi agad mo aanihin, pero darating ang time na mamumunga rin yan. Basta 'wag ka lang titigil.

Read even when you don’t feel like it.
Read even when life is loud.
Read because in every word, God breathes life.

Kaya kahit paunti-unti, tuloy lang.
God can use your little steps to bring about a big transformation.📖🔥

Naalala mo pa ba nung excited ka laging mag-devotion? Yung tipong bago ka pa mag-scroll, hawak mo na ‘yung Bible mo?

Ngayon… puro scroll, scroll, scroll. Hindi mo na namamalayan, mas kilala mo na ‘yung favorite influencer mo kaysa sa Salita ng Diyos. 😔📱

Wala ka na bang devotion? O baka tinabunan na lang ng schedule, stress, at socials?

Hindi kita hina-harsh, pero baka ito na ‘yung gentle reminder na kailangan mo.
Baka kaya ka laging drained, anxious, at lost — kasi wala ka na sa Presence Niya.

Balikan mo si Lord. Kahit paunti-unti lang. Kahit 5 minutes lang na tahimik at totoo.
Hindi Niya kailangan ng perfect devotion mo. Gusto Niya lang ‘yung puso mong totoo.
Promise, iba pa rin ‘yung peace kapag galing sa Kanya."

Walang mawawala kung nagpapakatotoo kang Kristyano — ang totoo, ikaw pa ang panalo.

Sa panahon ngayon na uso ang filter, facade, at pagiging people pleaser, bihira na lang ang taong nagpapakatotoo—lalo na pagdating sa pananampalataya. Pero tandaan mo 'to: hindi ka kailanman talo kapag pinili mong maging tapat kay Lord.

Yes, minsan hindi madali. Maaaring pagtawanan ka, i-judge, o i-unfriend dahil sa paninindigan mo. Pero isipin mo: mas okay nang mawalan ng likes kaysa mawalan ng direction. Mas okay nang hindi relatable sa mundo kaysa mawala sa calling mo kay God.

Ang pagiging Kristyano ay hindi lang Sunday thing o aesthetic post. Ito'y lifestyle na rooted sa pagmamahal, katotohanan, at pagsunod kahit mahirap. Hindi ka nag-iisa — marami ring katulad mo na tahimik na lumalaban para manatiling totoo sa pananampalataya.

💡 Tandaan mo: Hindi mo kailangang ikahiya si Jesus. Siya nga, hindi ka ikinahiya nung nasa krus Siya. Kaya kung nagpapakatotoo kang Kristyano, hindi lang ikaw ang nakikinabang — may mga taong mahihikayat dahil sa katapatan mo.

📖 “If you are ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of you when He comes in His glory…” – Luke 9:26

💬 So go ahead, stand firm in your faith. Be bold. Be real. Be unapologetically Christian. Because in the end, the world fades, but God’s approval lasts forever. 🙏

"Sa buhay, darating talaga yung mga moments na mapapaisip ka: 'Lalaban pa ba ako, o susuko na lang?' Pero sa bawat desisyon, tandaan mong may dalawang landas: 'Yung isa, ma-injure ka—kasi pinili mong umiwas sa proseso, tumakbo sa shortcut, o sumuko sa pressure ng mundo. 'Yung isa naman, mag-endure ka—masakit, mahirap, pero kasama mo si Lord, at may pangakong kapalit.

Kung pipiliin mong umiwas sa hirap, baka sa bandang huli, mas malalim pa ang sugat—emotional, spiritual, at minsan kahit physical. Pero kapag pinili mong magtiis at manatili sa proseso ni Lord, kahit may iyak, kahit may tanong, kahit parang walang progress—may hinahanda Siya na mas maganda, mas matibay, at mas malalim na ikaw.

Endurance is not weakness. It’s quiet strength. It’s choosing to stay when it’s easier to run. It’s choosing to believe when nothing makes sense. It’s choosing to trust the process kahit hindi mo pa nakikita yung promise.

Kaya kung pagod ka na, pahinga ka, pero huwag mong i-give up ang journey mo. Hindi sayang ang pagtitiis kung si Lord ang kasama mo. He’s not just watching you struggle—He’s walking with you through it.

Endure the pain of the process, or endure the regret of disobedience. Your choice.

"Okay lang na mabagal ang lakad basta kasama si Lord,
kesa mabilis nga ang takbo pero wala Siya sa direksyon mo."

Sa mundo ngayon, lahat nagmamadali — career, goals, success, relationships. Pero tanong: Kasama mo ba si Lord sa journey mo?

'Wag kang matakot kung mabagal ang progress mo.
Hindi ka nahuhuli — baka nga ikaw pa ang nasa tamang timing.
Mas mabuting late bloomer with God, kesa fast mover na lost.

Kasi sa totoo lang, walang silbi ang mabilis na lakad kung wala sa direksyon ng Diyos.
Masarap sa pakiramdam na kahit dahan-dahan, alam mong tama ang tinatahak mo — kasi kasama mo Siya.
Better to walk in purpose than to run in pride.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."
— Proverbs 3:5-6

So chill lang. Walk with God.
Hindi ka late. Hindi ka bitin.
You’re just being led.
