IF YOU WORK IN HEALTH SECTOR.
1. Be nice, they don't have to pay for a private clinic or doctor.
2. Explain to them what's going on, being assertive. Give directions with easy to understand words.
3. Listen to them, they don't know medical terms and sometimes it's hard to explain their discomfort or pain.
4. Build empathy, make them feel that you are a help and that they can count on you.
(If you don't have a vocation of service you don't enter the health sector. )
Pretty much have to be there.
