1991 pa po naalis sa Armed Forces of the Philippines ang PC/INP at naging Philippine National Police (PNP) at kami ay nasa ilalim na ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) kasama ang Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP). Kami po ay hindi nasa ilalim Ng Department of National Defense (DND) tulad Ng Army, Navy, Marines at Air Force. Sila po ang mga “militar” na sinasabi ninyo.

The police is the community and the community is the police, kami bilang pulis ay miyembro ng komunidad. Ang pagdalaw, pagbisita at pagpatrolya sa ibat ibang lugar kasama na ang mga paaralan ay hindi magiging militarisasyon dahil hindi kami militar at miyembro kami ng komunidad tulad ng lahat.

Hindi pa rin nagbago ang narrative nyu.
