-was a one-night-only, 7-course tasting menu held at Ellie Farm in Alfonso, Cavite.

Led by Michelin Guide Chef Frances Tariga, a New York based culinary talent behind the acclaimed Tadhana restaurant in New York, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the evening showcased Filipino classics reimagined through her contemporary style.

Using locally sourced ingredients, each dish was thoughtfully crafted to tell a story bringing together tradition, creativity, and the fresh flavors of the province in a memorable fine-dining experience. 🇵🇭🧑🏻‍🍳

Koibito's World of Gelato is the answer!! 🤗🍨

We went about a week ago and the experience was so much fun! Their gelato was really good (10/10!!) ✨ and there's a playground inside too — perfect for kids!

Will definitely drop by again next time I'm in the area. 💖

Found a budget-friendly coffee spot at NOMO - A Vista Lifestyle Center — Caffeena! ☕

I was honestly surprised — super affordable but the coffee? Sobrang sarap! 💯
The place is also nice for hanging out or getting some work done. Not too crowded, not too loud. ✨

If you’re looking for a murang coffee spot inside the mall, this is it. 👌

BŌRU Taste of Japan 🇯🇵 🍜
in Alfonso, Cavite is a MUST-TRY!
-one of the best Japanese resto I've been to!

From the moment I arrived, the staff were super friendly, incredibly welcoming and accommodating. At eto pa, the food came out super fast, hindi ka maiinip kakaantay and the presentation was stunning. 🤗

But the best part? Everything was handmade! Which made it even betterrrrrr 🫶🏻🤤

I'm already planning my next visit. Mweheheh 💖
