Here’s what I’m getting today for under a quarter with a 4 ecb roll in

First oop was 14 dollars ..
This gave me 8 cvs bucks=6 net

My second transaction will give me 4 cvs bucks …. Oop was .48 cents

6-4=2 + .48 = 2.48

Then I received .70 from cap 1 = 1.72 per item ! 🙌
