An office room waits forever. Wondering if itโ€™ll ever be occupied by another worker again, to hear the sounds of typing and clicking.

But as each second passes, the desk grows ashes, the sounds that were once filled in the room echoes far away. Thereโ€™s so much vacancy, yet, is anyone there to occupy this seat?

In the end, the seat was left to be unused, only to be sat by memories that accompanied this place. Time can run as much as it can without stopping, but some things can never run away from abandonment.

Amidst the recent shaking of the city, Brokenshire College Incorporatedโ€™s Basic Education Department conducts a successful celebration of the United Nationโ€™s search for the Mr. Ambassador and Ms. Ambassadress 2025.

With an aim to crown individuals that create advocacies for change, this event took place at the Robert Black Amphitheater.

โ€œThe significance of the United Nations event is that it reminds us to explore and understand other cultures of other nations. Even though we all are different โ€” we all need to know how society and culture works,โ€ said Ethan Natad, Mr. Ambassador 2024.

โ€œIt feels surreal that I am part of this event as the reigning queen, as someone who will pass down a crown to another candidate,โ€ said Roshan Jill Paramo, Ms. Ambassadress 2024.

โ€œUnfortunately, the practice was overwhelming and restless because of the dances, collaboration, memorization, and the errors in practice,โ€ stated by Ira Macas, Mr. Ambassador, 2nd - Runner Up 2025.

Moreover, statements were garnered from moderators and officers from the club who spearheaded the event itself โ€” History Clubโ€™s moderator, Maโ€™am Aiza Farma stated that she feels grateful for the success of the cooperative efforts of her officers.

In addition, Maโ€™am Jovy Sabudan, also a moderator of the History Club, said that her experience during the event was fun and overwhelming to prepare but she is grateful for the lessons she learned and took from the club.

Lastly, Chessa Rotante, History Clubโ€™s President, shared an intricate detail on what had missed and lacked during the United Nation event. She stated that there was a big problem which was the earthquake as it was the reason for a lot of changes in the event, which supposedly had banner making, dances of nations, and the national costume segment in the Mr. and Ms. Ambassador and Ambassadress.

The search for the Mr. and Ms. Ambassador and Ambassadress marked the conclusion of the United Nations 2025 culmination, this event served as an instrument for the Brokenshirians to unite purpose with grace.

UN or United Nations is an international organization composed of 193 member states that was founded in October 24, 1945, to sustain international peace and security, better living standards, and human rights.

Brokenshire College Inc's Basic Education Department fills its day with loud shouts, laughter, global pride, and cultural unity as it celebrated the United Nation Eventโ€” a festivity that highlights diversity, peace, and uniqueness on October 28, 2025 at the Noreen Grounds and at the Robert Black Amphiteater.

The celebration kicked off with a colorful parade that filled the campus with flags, national costumes, and vibrant smiles where students proudly represented different nationโ€”symbolizing the diversity and solidarity that define the global community.

Cheers, yells, and applause echoed as each group showcased their group with pride.

Following the parade, studentsโ€™ knowledge were tested by an open category quiz bee.

Every participants in all the groups showcased wit and awareness as the series challenging questions were posed to them by Ma'am Jovy Queen Sabudan.

This friendly competition sparked solidarity and intellectual excitement as they battle through all those thought-provoking questions.

Then it escalated to more intense questions as the rounds progressed, leaving only a few sharp-minded contenders standing with the right answers.

Finally, different historical characters were brought to life by Junior High School learners, entertaining students from across all levels of the Basic Education Department.

As the event unfolded, Ethan Jethro Natad, portraying Tokugawa leyasu from Grade 10, secured 1st place; Alleya Keisha Velasco, Grade 9, as Florence Nightingale, placed 2nd, followed by Kierulf Basalo, Grade 7, as Andres Bonifacio, took 3rd place; and Ehrico Miguel Vicente, Grade 8, as Martin Luther King Jr., earned 4th place.

The Historical Portrayal concluded with a lasting impression of how history shapes identity โ€” as these learners embody notable figures who have made significant contributions to humanity.

An eternal party can last no cry,
Where everyone is there to never die!
May death can never separate our tears,
As long as we all can always say โ€œCheers!โ€

With our ashes unveiling hundreds of bones,
It never hides such compelling secret tones.
Try not to drop your jaw my good olโ€™ friend!
Causeโ€™ thereโ€™s lots in this world to comprehend.
