Lamano Davao is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Davao City. Beyond its pretty interiors mapapatanong ka, is their food really worth it?

When you look at their menu, they actually have really interesting food. They are an experimental restaurant trying to blend Filipino flavors with global dishes. Like pork humba arancini, sinigang risotto and kaldereta beef lasagna to name a few. So I tried that and here is my honest dish rating for them:

🧀 Kalderetang Beef Lasagna 9/10
🍚 Sinigang Risotto - 10/10
🍖 Pork Humba Arancini - 7.8/10
🍣 Smoked Salmon Salad - 10/10
☕ Tiramisu - 5.5/10

Yucca Bakery + Cafe is that resto that offers good food and in plain sight pero gina-agi agihan ra.
Would you try here? Didn't expect it to be as good as it is. Also we need more Mindanaoan regional culinary representations.
