Starting this May 7, 2026, the DCLIC Mobile Library Service joins the community in celebrating faith, tradition, and togetherness through the 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

As part of this month’s outreach, the Mobile Library Service takes part in the 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻—sharing meaningful moments of learning, culture, and community connection with children and families throughout the month.

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡!

In celebration of 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, the
𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐃𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐂) conducted an outreach activity at the 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, bringing the joy of reading and learning to the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

The program began with a warm welcome remarks by 𝐉𝐎𝟑 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨, followed by an inspiring message from 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐨𝐜, 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐕 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧, highlighting the importance of libraries in empowering communities through knowledge.

An orientation on the proper handling of library information sources was facilitated by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐈, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧, 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐈, helping participants appreciate and care for library materials. The activity also featured a reading session, where the PDL enjoyed books from the The Book Nook Davao City Library and Information Center.

Adding more joy to the event were lively dance and singing intermissions performed by the PDL and the staff of DCLIC, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere.

The program concluded with a heartfelt closing message from 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚, 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧, encouraging everyone to continue nurturing a love for reading and learning.

Through initiatives like this, DCLIC continues to promote literacy, empowerment, and the transformative power of libraries for all.

Noong 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, muling naghatid ng kaalaman at kasiyahan ang 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘀 sa 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗣𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁, sa 𝗧𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹!

Isa sa aming pangunahing layunin ay maabot ang mga fur-flang areas kung saan limitado ang access sa mga aklat at serbisyo ng library. Kasama sa programa ang storytelling, reading activities, at pagpapakilala sa bagong koleksyon ng mga libro, para mas mahikayat ang mga bata at komunidad na magbasa at matuto. 🌟

Ang aming serbisyo ay dedikado sa pagbibigay kaalaman at inspirasyon sa bawat komunidad, kahit sa mga lugar na malayo sa sentrong pampaaralan o library. Sa bawat pagbisita, napapalapit namin ang library sa inyo! 💛

On 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘀 visited 𝗣𝗲𝗴𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹- 𝗣𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 bringing a day filled with learning and fun for the students.

Learners actively participated in storytelling, book reading sessions, and a Mobile Library tour, where they explored a variety of books and discovered the joy of reading. 📖✨

Through this visit, we continue to inspire young minds and promote a love for reading by bringing library services closer to the school community. 💛

Noong 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, bumisita ang 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘀 sa 𝗩𝗟 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗿. 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 upang magdala ng kaalaman, saya, at mahahalagang aral sa mga mag-aaral.

Masiglang nakiisa ang mga bata sa storytelling, book reading sessions, at sa Mobile Library tour, kung saan lalo nilang nakilala at na-enjoy ang mundo ng pagbabasa. 📖✨

Kasabay nito, isinagawa rin ang Disaster Preparedness Orientation na may Basic Life Support at First Aid training, na nagbigay sa mga mag-aaral ng kaalaman kung paano manatiling handa at ligtas sa oras ng sakuna. 🚑💡

Patuloy naming hatid ang aklat, kaalaman, at kaligtasan sa bawat paaralang aming binibisita. 💛

PRC, pagod na kaming umasa. Ayaw na naming magpuyat sa maling tao, este, maling araw. Binibigyan ko kayo hanggang 9 PM. Kapag di niyo pa nilabas ang LLE 2025 results, lilipat na ako sa Depedabolyuits… at least sila may flood control projects, hindi flood ng luha sa paghihintay! 😭😭😭

Ang prcboard[dot]com is in the list of PRC's Unofficial Websites and pages and in the Official PRC website there is a warning that they are NOT authorized by PRC. They also post the board exam results but their source is also the PRC website.

Yung 99.99% bar nila is quite misleading kasi sa PRC website ang official results. Walang bar like this in the official results. Let us be vigilant of what we see online.
