𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐔 𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐒 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐘 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐀𝐓 𝐀𝐌𝐘𝐀 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐘𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐈𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐄, 𝐈𝐍𝐂.
On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, the Bureau of Fire Protection conducted a fire safety drill at Amya Polytechnic College, Inc. to ensure safety and instill knowledge in students, staff, and faculty about the possible dangers of fires. The event was successfully led by SF01 Irene G Leung, FO3 Jelly Ann S Policario, F01 Jeremy Pepito, FO1 Bienvenido Jr T Sumalinog, and FO1 Deo Dudz B Hizo.
The students, staff, and faculty were taught about the classes of fires, types of fire extinguishers, and demonstrated how to use fire extinguishers effectively. They learned prevention and suppression techniques, proper evacuation procedures and practical ways to respond to various fire scenarios. The event reinforced the need for community-wide awareness and cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for all.
