People dealing with it, especially those suffering from severe manic episodes, need their family’s love, understanding, and presence 24/7. 💚

Seeking professional help and treatment is important — but let’s also remind them to seek God. 🙏
Because no matter how impossible things may seem, nothing is impossible with Him. He alone can bring peace in the middle of chaos and hope in the darkest times. 🌿

Before the internet took over…
We had rolling tires on dusty streets, rivers as swimming pools, jackstone under the shade, and “sisira ang bulaklak” echoing through the neighborhood. 🌞
We played tagu-taguan until dark and battled spiders with barbecue sticks like little warriors. 🕷️🛞🌊

No smartphones. No WiFi.
Just scraped knees, loud laughter, and memories that still make us smile today.
