Not me getting emotional while taking this video. ๐ฅนโค๏ธ It may seem simple to some, but as a mom, this little moment means so much to me.
He was once a little speech-delayed and very shy, so seeing him overcome his fear of speaking in front of many people made me incredibly proud. He practiced a lot at home, and I never pressured him or expected too much. I wanted him to know that I was there, cheering him on. โค๏ธ
Our kids donโt need perfect parents. They need someone who believes in them and makes them feel safe enough to try. Iโm also grateful that God placed teachers and classmates who gave him the support and encouragement he needed along the way.
Beyond grateful for this little milestone of my little Katipunero. ๐ฅนโค๏ธ
