📢 We’re Hiring: Website Contact Research & Vetting VA (Project-Based, Full-Time)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a resourceful, proactive, and communicative individual to support our team in finding and vetting contacts for relevant websites. This role is critical to building accurate, high-quality outreach lists that drive real results for our campaigns.

You won’t just be collecting data. You’ll need to think critically, dig deep, and use creative problem-solving to find the right people and ensure contact details are verified and actionable.

We provide clear SOPs and guidance, but we don’t spoonfeed. This role requires initiative, independent thinking, and strong self-management.

Responsibilities:

✅Research websites based on specific criteria
✅Vet websites for quality, authenticity, and alignment with campaign goals
✅Use a variety of tools and techniques to find and verify accurate contact details (emails, social profiles)
✅Think outside the box to track down hard-to-find contacts
✅Organize and maintain lead data using Google Sheets
✅Work closely with our outreach team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of vetted leads

Requirements:

✅Strong resourcefulness in finding information online, even when it’s not obvious
✅Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, LinkedIn, or other contact-finding platforms
✅Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✅Ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines
✅Proficiency in Google Sheets

Work Type:

✅Full-Time - Project-Based Contract
✅Remote
✅Flexible hours (with deadlines and regular check-ins)
