The true foundation of a child’s development begins at home. What children see, hear, and experience from their parents greatly shapes their behavior, values, and character.
Children learn not only from what we tell them, but more importantly from what we show them. If they constantly see their parents getting drunk, behaving badly, disrespecting others, or doing things that are wrong in their eyes, they may eventually see those behaviors as normal.
And if parents fail to properly guide, discipline, and teach their children right from wrong, we cannot expect the child to learn everything from the outside world.
Before we blame the child for their behavior, we should also look at the environment where they were raised. A child is a reflection of what they are consistently exposed to at home. ❤️
