It is costly to surrender and obey. But it is more costly to disobey God because You will never know what you missed out on.

Life is full of challenges—stress, loss, rejection, and moments when we feel like giving up. Jesus never promised us a life without struggles. In fact, He clearly said, “In this world you will have trouble.”

But His words don’t stop there. He says, “Take heart!” This is a call to courage, to hope, and to faith. Why? Because He has already overcome. Through His victory on the cross, Jesus defeated sin, fear, and even death itself. That means no problem, no heartbreak, and no trial will ever have the last word over your life.

When you feel weak, remind yourself: My Savior already won the victory. I may stumble, but I will not be defeated.

Praise God for this! Not all sicknesses come from natural causes—some may have spiritual or demonic influences. That’s why it’s good to consider joining a church retreat or seeking prayer from someone.

James 5:14–15 (NIV):

“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.”

Faith isn’t boring—it’s alive, creative, and present in everything we do. These blended “faith-words” are little reminders that we can pray, worship, and trust God in simple ways every day. A single word can spark joy, laughter, and faith all at once!

"These are all temporary. We will pass all of these hardships."Remind yourself always.

Even in the Belly of Despair, God Still Hears .

1. When life feels like it’s closing in

Just like Jonah was trapped in the belly of the fish, we sometimes feel stuck—whether it’s due to failure, depression, regret, sickness, or stress. In those moments, we may feel as if we’re drowning emotionally or spiritually.

2. We remember God most clearly in crisis

Many people find that they remember God most when all else fails. Jonah remembered the Lord after he had exhausted all hope. It’s often in brokenness that we become aware of our need for God.

3. God hears us—even in the darkest places

No matter where we are (physically or emotionally), when we turn to God sincerely, He listens. Jonah’s prayer didn’t get lost inside the fish—it reached God’s holy temple.
