I am 25 years old, residing in Davao City, Philippines, and I hold a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in various industries, which has helped me develop a diverse skill set. Skills and Experience:
I have worked in customer service and technical support, gaining strong communication and problem-solving skills. My most recent role was as a Technical Service Representative for Google products, where I provided troubleshooting and support for a variety of devices and software. Prior to that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at 1-800 Flowers, managing customer inquiries and orders during peak seasons. In addition to customer service, I also have experience as a Data Analyst, where I worked for six months before the account closed. During this time, I honed my analytical thinking and data interpretation skills. I also had the opportunity to work as a service crew at Jollibee, which helped me develop my ability to work in fast-paced environments and improve my teamwork skills. Outside of work, I am passionate about outdoor sports like volleyball and badminton, which I use as a way to stay active and reduce stress. With this diverse background, I am adaptable and eager to take on new challenges where I can apply my skills and continue to grow professionally.
