Apple Carrot Pork Rib Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb pork ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped

2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

8 cups water

2 slices ginger

chopped scallions for garnish

Instructions:

Wash the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes to remove any impurities.

Rinse the ribs under cold water and drain.

In a large pot over high heat, combine the pork ribs, carrots, apples, salt, ginger slices, and water.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, or until the soup reduces to about 8 cups of liquid and the pork ribs are tender.

Skim off any fat from the surface of the soup.

garnish with chopped scallions

Serve hot.

* Prepare ingredients
- Chicken thighs, foil, onions, flour
- Seasonings: fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar
* How to cook
1. Boneless chicken thighs, marinate with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, leave for 30 minutes
2. Use foil, roll the chicken thighs and steam for 20 minutes on high heat
3. When the chicken is cooked, let it cool for a while, then cut into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle some green onions on top and it's done"

"Stir-fried beef with pineapple

* Prepare ingredients
- Beef, pineapple, flour
- Seasoning: fish sauce, oyster sauce, ground pepper
* How to cook
1. Cut the beef into squares, then marinate the meat with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and a little pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes
2. Peel the pineapple, cut into small pieces and add a little salt, soak for 5 minutes to remove excess water
3. Add oil to the pan, heat it up and add the beef and stir-fry until the meat turns rare, then add the pineapple and stir-fry together
