𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒, Eidul Adha (Eid'l Adha) or the Feast of Sacrifice is one othe the two greatest feasts of Islam;

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒, Republic Act No. 9849 declared the Tenth day of Zhul Hijja, the Twelfth month of the Islamic Calendar, a national holiday of the observance of Eid'l Adha, with a movable date;

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒, following the 1446 Hijrah Islamic Lunar Calendar, the National Commission of Muslim Filipinos has recommended that 06 June 2025, Friday, be declared a national holiday, in observance of Eid'l Adha;

𝐍𝐎𝐖, 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄, 𝐈, 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑. 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐎𝐒, 𝐉𝐑., President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, 06 June 2025, a regular holiday throughout the country, in observance of Eid'l Adha.

𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐎𝐅, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Marc Cagas convictions by final judgment.

In 2022, current SAPG and vice-gubernatorial candidate Marc Cagas pled guilty to lesser offenses in the Graft and Corruption charges that the Ombudsman filed against him in his involvement with the fake Napoles NGO scams. Respondent Cagas was then sentenced guilty for the lesser offenses of Falsification of Public Documents, Failure to render accounts, and Frauds against the Public Treasury. Accused then filed for probation in lieu of imprisonment. The afore-mentioned plea bargaining deal is the current basis for the disqualification complaint against the former Congressman.
