LF: 💻 Remote Clinical Support Staff Wanted (FT | U.S. Hours)
Up to ₱1,500/day DOE | Work-from-Home | U.S. Healthcare Client
A U.S.-based healthcare provider is hiring nursing graduates, undergrads, certified caregivers, or allied health professionals for full-time remote roles.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Supporting the continuum of care through coordination and provider assistance
- Preparing and updating patient charts, records, and clinical communications
- Handling scheduling workflows, intake processing, and post-visit follow-through
- Working on claims tracking, benefits coordination, and practice-side documentation
- Offering compassionate virtual presence for patient wellness and routine check-ins
- Assisting with digital front-office tasks and cross-team coordination
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Background in nursing or allied health (e.g. RN, MedTech, PT, Pharmacy, etc.)
✅ 1–2 years of VA or clinical support experience preferred (for HVA roles)
✅ Familiarity with HIPAA and U.S. healthcare workflows is a plus
✅ Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
✅ Tech-savvy, reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
✅ Full-time availability during U.S. hours
✅ Stable setup: reliable power, internet, and consistent attendance and performance.
✅ Fresh grads are welcome for general VA roles
