With the theme โBrigada Eskwela: SAMA-SAMA para sa BAYANG BUMABASA,โ Plaridel National High School officially launched Brigada Eskwela 2025 on June 9, beginning with a vibrant kick-off parade participated in by the Philippine Army Reservists, Barangay Officials, teachers, parents, students, and stakeholdersโa powerful display of unity in support of literacy and education.
The program followed after the parade, starting with an opening prayer and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Maโam Mariza C. Babayson, Faculty Treasurer, opened the program with a warm welcome and a call for collaboration.
Among the highlights was the Pledge of Support delivered by Hon. Charlito Rojas, Chair of Education of Brgy. Plaridel, and an Encouragement Message from Mr. Herben Tabugon, SPTA President, who underscored the importance of parental involvement in school initiatives.
A Multimedia Presentation of the Brigada Eskwela 2025 Theme Song energized the audience, reinforcing the yearโs message of united action for a reading nation.
The program concluded with a closing prayer by Mrs. Cheryl R. Dumanacal, BE Chair of the Resource Mobilization Committee. After the ceremony, volunteers were dispatched to various areas of the school to begin cleaning and preparation tasks.
Brigada Eskwela 2025 will continue until June 13, 2025, fostering community cooperation to build a safe, clean, and learning-conducive environmentโsama-sama para sa bayang bumabasa.
