BAGYO UPDATE
[As of 8AM, November 5, 2025]

Typhoon is now over the West Philippine Sea.

At 7 a.m., it was over the coastal waters of El Nido, Palawan, with winds of 120 kph and gusts up to 165 kph. It is moving west northwestward at 25 kph.

At 4:40 a.m., made its eighth landfall over El Nido.

Wind signal no. 4 remains over the northernmost portion of Palawan including Calamian Islands.

It will be out of the Philippine area of responsibility late Wednesday or early Thursday. | via ABS-CBN resident meteorologist Ariel Rojas

Bilang pagsunod sa mga hakbang para sa paghahanda sa sakuna dulot ng Bagyong Tino, ipinatutupad ang MAHIGPIT NA LIQUOR BAN simula Nobyembre 4, 2025.

Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang pagbebenta, pagbibigay, at pag-inom ng mga nakalalasing na inumin hangga’t hindi pa naiaalis ang kautusang ito. Ang pangunahing layunin nito ay mapanatili ang kaligtasan at kaayusan ng publiko sa panahong ito ng kahandaan.
