🏀 INTER‑SITIO BASKETBALL LEAGUE 2026 – SUMMER LEAGUE EDITION (OPEN CATEGORY) 🏀

✨ “A new basketball board deserves a league — and today, we proudly open one.” ✨

In celebration of the Sitio Lanipga Annual Fiesta, the SK and Barangay Council, together with the Purok Presidents and Officials, proudly present the Inter‑Sitio Basketball League 2026 – Open Category.

📖 League Guidelines
- Open to all basketball enthusiasts
- No age limit
- Players may mix with players from other sitios
- Each team may have up to two (2) imports from other barangays
- Line‑up submission until May 16, 2026 (Saturday)
- Team size: 12–15 members
- Elimination format: Bracket A & B tournament
- Only the first 10 teams to register will be accepted (first‑come, first‑serve basis)
- Registration Fee: Php 300.00
- Defaulting Bond: Php 200.00 (refundable if no default)
- ⚠️ Strictly: No Payment, No Registration, No Game
💵 Payment of registration and defaulting bond will be accepted on or during the orientation.

🗓️ Saturday, May 16, 2026 – 3:00 PM
📍 Sitio Lanipga Basketball Court
*There MUST be at least one (1) representative per team during the orientation.

📌 Game Details
- Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 PM
- No Plastic Policy – Bring your own tumbler/water jug
- Committee is not responsible for transportation, food, or other necessities
- Penalty: A team is considered DEFAULT if players fail to show up within 20 minutes of game time
- Formality is required:
a) No Smoking
b) Proper Decorum

⚖️ Technicalities
- Proper sports attire required (uniform optional but encouraged)
- Only registered players may play; no changes after May 16 line‑up submission
- Substitution and time‑outs must be requested at the official’s table
- No protests once the game has started; concerns may be raised after the game
- No postponement requests will be entertained
- Referee’s decision is final and executory
- Players must arrive at least 20 minutes before game time
- Tie‑breakers: winner‑over‑the‑other system; triple ties resolved by goal average

👥 Conduct & Behavior
- Players under the influence of liquor/drugs will be expelled from the game
- Disqualifying fouls result in a one‑game suspension
- Intentional harm leads to suspension, expulsion, or banning from future tournaments
- No smoking within the team bench area
- No fights or brawls allowed in the playing area

MAGSAYSAY GOT TALENT SEASON 2

Date: March 7, 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 8:00 PM
Venue: Barangay Magsaysay Public Plaza
Open to: All constituents and participants from other barangays
Age Limit: None — everyone is welcome
Talent Type: Any talent is accepted
Slots Available: 📌Limited to 10 participants only

GUIDELINES

1. Eligibility
- Open to all residents of Barangay Magsaysay and neighboring barangays.
- No age limit — children, youth, and adults may join.
- Performances may be solo, duo, or group acts.

2. Registration
- Interested participants must register with the SK Chairperson Rey Tinajora or directly to this page on or before March 5, 2026 (Thursday).
- Registration requires the participant’s name and type of talent.
- Late registrations may not be accepted.
- 📌 Note: Only 10 slots are available. Registration will close once all slots are filled.

3. Performance Rules
- Each performance must not exceed 15 minutes.
- Any talent is welcome: singing, dancing, acting, comedy, instrumental, magic, or other creative acts.
- Performances must be wholesome, respectful, and suitable for a family audience.
- Dangerous stunts, offensive content, or acts that may cause harm are strictly prohibited.

4. Technical Requirements
- Personal instruments or props should be brought by the participants.
- Sound system and microphones will be provided by the barangay.

5. Judging Criteria
- Talent/Skill – 40%
- Stage Presence & Confidence – 20%
- Creativity & Originality – 20%
- Audience Impact – 20%

6. Conduct
- Participants must show respect to fellow contestants, judges, and the audience.
- Any misconduct may result in disqualification.
- The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

7. Prizes
Champion - Php 3, 000.00
1st Place - Php 2, 000.00
2nd Place - Php 1, 500.0
3rd Place - Php 1, 000.00
Consolation Price - Php 500.00
