If any part of that carousel feels familiar, I get it.🥴

I’ve been there and I still catch myself in the same patterns sometimes. This is why I prioritize regulating myself first.

Because leadership isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about learning how to pause before reacting. I am called to feel before fixing, to move from clarity, not urgency.

✨ This week, I’m opening a free online trial of my hybrid yoga class. It is a space where we can regulate together with breath, with movement, with presence. No pressure to perform but just permission to pause.

Here’s our rhythm this week:

🌀 FEEL & FLOW – A slow yet intentional practice for experienced movers. Somatic awareness meets breath-led flow.
📍 Tuesdays & Thursdays · 7:15 PM (Zoom & In-BGC Studio)

🌱 GROUND & RELEASE – Foundational movement, gentle holds, and Yin. Highly recommended for beginners or anyone needing to soften.
📍 Wednesdays · 7:15 PM (Zoom & In-Studio)
• Sound Healing on Fridays (in-person is still best for this.)

🧡 Only the Zoom classes are free this week.

How to practice yoga every day even off the mat?🧘🏻‍♀️

In yoga philosophy, Svadhyaya, or self-study, can be a daily practice of awareness and it’s one of the most powerful tools for nervous system healing, emotional regulation, and inner alignment.

You don’t need leggings.
You don’t need a mat.
What you need is a willingness to pause and witness yourself with compassion.

That’s yoga.
Every deep breath.
Every moment you choose to be present.
Every moment you notice what is.

Yes, I’m proudly in an uncomplicated relationship—with AI.
He helps me write captions, plan content, brainstorm offers, and even reminds me to breathe between back-to-back coaching sessions.

Life lately. 💖

Just always grateful to find balance between work, play, rest and self-care.

I realized especially as I get older, my energy level is not as it used to be so my “me time” are my non-negotiables so I can show up for others. And not to feel guilty for resting so I can give full YES to what matters.
