Why are we asking our Guests for Down payment/Reservation Fee for Siargao Island Tour.?

Guest: Sir Sure na po kami na magpa book

Me: okay Ma'am. Wait nalang po Ako and reserve ko na po Yung date nyo for the tours.

⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩ On the day of Island Tour

Guest: Nag cancel Bigla at sabing may nakuha na daw Silang ibang mag Tour.

Me: .. speechless.

This is the Main Reason why we asks for Down payment, but make sure, yung ka transaction nyo will do transparent transactions. Ask for ID and some proof. Be Vigilant .
