One client told me,
“ 𝘐 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘥 𝘶𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱? ”

We looked at the messages.

✔️ They were solid.
✔️ Helpful.
✔️ Not pushy.

So I told her to hang tight.

Two weeks later, a reply.
Then another.

One of those leads ended up booking a call.
And eventually became a client.

A client once told me
💬 “ 𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘐 𝘢𝘮. ”

And I totally respected that because good outreach should feel like 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

But when we tested her original tone on LinkedIn?

Crickets . . .

No replies.
No clicks.
Just silence.

So we adjusted.

Not by watering down her voice

But by pairing it with something powerful: 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

I used to try and rush things

fast lists, fast messages, fast results.

Now?

We slow it down.

And funny enough,

that’s what speeds everything up. 😀

That’s the goal.

Not just growing a network,

but building something that moves.

Early in my career,

I kept hearing:
“𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁. 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘁. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹.”

So I did.

I built outreach that looked smart on paper

but got ignored.

It didn’t feel human.

And it didn’t work.

So I took the long route.

𝗥𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Studied what made people feel seen.

Wrote like I talk ✍️

It took time.
A lot of testing.
But now, every outreach system I build is a mix of 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘁𝗵 ❤️

Because real connection scales better than cold templates ever will.

I ran a campaign that didn’t get a single reply in the first few days.

Crickets.

Instead of scrapping it,

I doubled down on the follow-ups.

𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁.
𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗺.
𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻𝘀.

The next day, replies started coming in 💬

It’s not the first message that counts.

It’s the second, third, and sometimes fourth 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿. ☺️

Here’s a simple tip to level up your LinkedIn outreach:

Don’t just filter by job title.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸: 💭

What size company are they in?
What industry are they in?
What do they care about right now?

Most people treat LinkedIn outreach like it’s email marketing.

They write long intros

Attach a mini bio

Pitch hard in the first message

And then wonder why no one replies.

Outreach isn’t a pitch.

It’s a conversation starter.
