Dili pwede nga overnight lang, mahimo na dayon kang pastor.Kung naa man gani simbahan nga mo-tugot ana, ginagamay nila ang balaang tawag sa Ginoo—murag walay bili ang proseso ug pagkahinog sa usa ka magtutudlo. Ang pagka-pastor dili lang basta kabalo ka musulti o maayo ka mudala og sermon. Importante gihapon ang ordination, anointing, spiritual maturity, panahon sa pagpamugos, masinati nga kinabuhi, klaro nga character, reputable references, ug pagtuon sa Pulong sa Ginoo.

Ang tinuod nga magtutudlo sa simbahan kinahanglan nga **naagi og panahon sa pagtudlo, pagsulay, ug pagkahamtong sa Espiritu**. Dili lang kay popular siya o daghan siyag followers. Ang **pagka-pastor** usa ka tawag, dili usa ka title nga pwede lang kuhaon kung kanus-a gusto.
