Monday is Monggo Day!
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked monggo beans
1/4 kilo pork kasim, cut into cubes
2 cups squash cut into cubes
1 bundle okra, medium size
3-4 pcs eggplant, medium size
2 cups alugbati leaves
2 cups malunggay leaves
1 pc pork cubes
1-2 tbsp fish sauce(patis)
2-3 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste
