🐶 BEFORE & AFTER ✂️
This is what severe matting can do to a dog 💔
Underneath all that tangled fur were skin issues, trapped dirt, discomfort, and overgrown nails. Some nail nerves were already affected because the thick matting had wrapped tightly around the paws for so long 😔
As groomers, cases like this are emotionally and physically hard—but the dog is the one suffering the most.
Matting is not just “messy fur.”
It can cause:
🐾 pain when moving
🐾 skin infections
🐾 trapped moisture and bacteria
🐾 bruising and wounds
🐾 extreme discomfort every single day
We may not know how long this baby stayed in this condition, but today was a fresh start 💛
The goal wasn’t vanity.
The goal was comfort, relief, cleanliness, and healing 🐶✨
Now this sweet baby is:
✔️ clean
✔️ lighter
✔️ comfortable
✔️ and finally able to breathe through the skin again 🥺
Regular grooming is healthcare too ✂️🐾
