Steps to Avail the MySSS Card
Log in to My.SSS Portal: Start by logging into your My.SSS account. Ensure your account is active and updated with your current address, mobile number, and email.
* Select MySSS Card Service: Look for the “MySSS Card” option under the services menu. Review your personal details and consent for SSS to verify your information with the National ID system.
Choose a Partner Bank: Currently, the MySSS Card is being issued in partnership with RCBC DiskarTech. Select this bank as your preferred financial institution. More banks are expected to join later.
Complete Online Verification: You will need to undergo identity verification, which includes confirming your details through the PhilSys eVerify system. This may involve a facial scan using your National ID.
Open a Bank Account: If you choose RCBC, you can open an account through the DiskarTech app, which you can download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can visit a branch to open an account.
Receive Your MySSS Card: Once your application is processed, your MySSS Card will be issued. Expect to receive it within 15 working days if you are in Metro Manila, or 20 days if you are outside.
