π‘ππͺπ¦ | CSU Gonzaga Hosts 2025 Global Forum on Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy
Cagayan State University - Gonzaga hosted the 2025 Global Forum on Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy on December 12, strengthening its internationalization efforts through partnerships with universities from Oman, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
The forum featured plenary sessions by international and local speakers. Dr. Joefrelin C. Ines of the University of Technology and Applied SciencesβShinas, Oman, opened the program with a discussion on integrating artificial intelligence, academic diplomacy, and ethical accounting in a global classroom. Dr. Ni Nyoman Sri Rahayu Damayanti of Warmadewa University, Indonesia, followed with a presentation on modern auditing practices through remote work and digital collaboration.
Prof. Bert O. Bermudez addressed the impact of artificial intelligence on education and the future of work, while Dr. MD Khairul Amin Bin Ismail of Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Kelantan, Malaysia, presented fintech solutions aimed at improving access to credit and financial literacy for micro-entrepreneurs. Prof. Girlie D. Balisi concluded the seminar with strategies for digital transformation in business, entrepreneurship, and accountancy.
The forum underscored the importance of digital innovation, global awareness, and collaborative practices in advancing business and accountancy education.
