Mahalin mo yung mga taong ini-invite ka sa handaan kahit alam nilang wala kang pang regalo.

Yung mga taong sinasama ka kahit alam na wala kang pang ambag kahit piso.

Yung mga taong sinasamahan ka kahit alam na nila na wala silang mapapala sayo, at hindi ka itinuturing na ibang tao.

Sila yung mga totoong tao, at totoong nagmamahal sayo. Yung hindi ka lang minahal dahil may mapapakinabangan sayo.

O Mother of Perpetual Help, grant that I may ever invoke thy most powerful name, which is the safeguard of the living and the salvation of the dying. O Purest Mary, O Sweetest Mary, let thy name henceforth be ever on my lips. Delay not, O Blessed Lady, to help me whenever I call on thee, for, in all my needs, in all my temptations I shall never cease to call on thee, ever repeating thy sacred name, Mary, Mary.

O what consolation, what sweetness, what confidence, what emotion fill my soul when I pronounce thy sacred name or even only think of thee. I thank God for having given thee, for my good, so sweet, so powerful, so lovely a name. But I will not be content with merely pronouncing thy name: let my love for thee prompt me ever to hail thee, Mother of Perpetual Help. Amen.

Si San Vicente Ferrer ay minsang nagpahinto ng isang malakas na bagyo gamit ang Banal na Tubig! Habang nasa lungsod ng Barbastro sa Catalonia, katatapos lang ni San Vicente magmisa nang biglang bumuhos ang isang napakalakas na ulan na dulot ng isang bagyo.

Napuno ng takot ang mga tao dahil sa tindi ng unos at pinsalang nagbabadya sa bayan. Lumabas si San Vicente mula sa simbahan, nag-antanda ng Krus gamit ang Banal na Tubig, at walang ano-ano ay agad huminto ang bagyo at naging kalmado ang langit. Nagbigay ng payo si San Vicente sa mga tao na magpasalamat sa mga banal na Apostol, dahil sa kanilang pamamagitan, natigil ang bagyo.

Tinuruan ni San Vicente ang mga tao noon sa palagiang paggamit ng Banal na Tubig at pagtawag sa Banal na pangalan ni Hesus. Kadalasan niyang pinapayuhan ang mga magsasaka na iwisik ang Banal na Tubig sa kanilang mga pananim upang maprotektahan laban sa peste o masamang panahon.
