Ato lang e clarify, WALA PA NA IMPEACH SI VP SARA.

Yes, na approve na sya sa lower house or sa mga representatives ( expected na daan kay sila rajud gadali2 kay shempre naay AKAP na milliones) pero moagi pa syag trial sa SENATE and mag need ug 16 votes out of 23 senators (kay ang isa nahimong secretary of education).

Now, I've been following this issue since it started. According to experts, lesod ma Impeach si VP kay?

Now, if humana ang election ug naa nay bag o mga CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN UG SENATORS, there will be a new CONGRESS and TANAN
unfinished business sa PREVIOUS CONGRESS(19TH) will be invalid kay lagi naa nay bag o na congress which is the 20th.

So, what will happen?

1. Dili madayun ang impeachment kay lagi bag o ang congress so need napod nila mag butar ug mag perma ang mga bag o na representatives para sa impeachment.

2. However, dili sab maka pasaka daun ug IMPEACHMENT even if naa nay bag o na congress kay according sa batas "Section 14. Scope of Bar. - No impeachment proceedings shall be initiated against the same official more than once within a period of one (1) year."

And since unsuccessful ang current impeachment attempt, dili sila pwedi magpahemog another impeachment case for the entire year.

Worst case scenarios

1. Pwedi pogson ang mga senado mag hearing sa impeachment even though nag anjourn na sila which is alanganin mahitabo kay election na lagi dili maka attend ang uban. Tapos makakuha silag 16 votes. (Hopefully d mahitabo)

2. Ang makadaog sa karon na election sa pagka senador ug congressmen/women kay kalaban ni VP SARAH. So, pwedi jud mapush ang impeachment after one year

1. Butaran mga kaalyado ni VP Sarah
2. E pakita ang support for VP Sarah
3. Ayaw botari mga niatbang ni VP Sarah

Kay ang tendency ug maimpeach sya, MAGPILI ANG PRESIDENTE UG KINSA EYA GUSTU MAHIMONG VP. Unya what if so MARTIN? Impasss
