โจ๏ธ FAVE CASUAL FINE DINING WITH ITALIAN CUISINE SA MALOLOS

Since 2021, naging fixture na ng local restaurant scene itong Casie's Restaurant and has hosted thousands of family lunch outs, romantic dinners, productive team meetings and memorable events. Have they been able to improve on their menu since then? Let's find out.
๐ฝTHE FOOD & DRINKS. This casual fine dining resto serves authentic Italian cuisine from appetizers, salads, soups, pizzas, pastas, meat and seafood mains to desserts and beverages.

The ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฏ-๐ฒ๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐ (โฑ609) was very thick, juicy and made event better by their flavorful gravy and lovely sides. Not our typical lunch fare so this definitely felt like a special treat. I fell in love with their ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ถ (โฑ489) sa unang subo pa lang dahil yung scallops nya ang succulent tapos very creamy nung white sauce na may konting spicy kick. Yung ๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ต๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ (โฑ510) naman, freshly prepared and hot off the oven kaya very enjoyable kainin. Very hearty, plus ang sarap nung steak slices na toppings.
The ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐๐๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฝ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฎ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ถ๐ด๐น๐ถ๐ฎ (โฑ625) was a dream as well, instant top five agad sa mga natikman namin salads dito sa Bulacan. The chicken is perfectly grilled and the apple vinaigrette adds a tangy pop of flavor which elevated the dish. We ended a very filling meal with their ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ฐ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ (โฑ275) na very sinful kasama nung coffee drinks nila. Overall, a very filling and enjoyable lunch for a family of three.
๐THE PRICE. Since fine dining sya and you can feel naman the difference with the quality of their food from regular restos, their menu items are on the pricier side. Budget for around โฑ1,000 to โฑ1,500 per head for a full meal including drinks, more if ordering their steaks.
๐๏ธTHE SPACE. It's a big resto with two levels of dining space, plus an al fresco setup which makes for a lovely dinner backdrop when the weather's nice. ๐THE LOCATION. Located conveniently along MacArthur, sobrang dali lang nya matunton dahil bukod sa nasa Google Maps naman sya, katabi lang din sya ng STI at malapit sa Robinson's Malolos. It boasts of spacious parking for all types of vehicles, at kahit weekend o high traffic, hindi ka mauubusan ng parking slot.
๐ญFINAL THOUGHTS. Isa sila sa best options sa Malolos if you want to bring your family, friends or co-workers somewhere nice and accessible. I'm happy that they've been able to maintain the quality of their food since they started, and have constantly looked for ways to improve their menu over time. I always recommend this resto for extra special occasions, and will continue to do so in the future. Kaya kung hindi nyo pa na-try, kain na rin kayo dito minsan.
