ADVISORY: NO COLLECTOR POLICY

To our Valued Subscribers,

Effective July 15, 2025, GENERAL CABLE TELEVISION COMPANY will officially implement a NO COLLECTOR POLICY. As part of this change, we will no longer conduct house-to-house collection of payments through field collectors.

To ensure smooth and secure transactions, please settle your bills through our authorized payment options:

☑ Over-the-counter payment at our office located at P. BURGOS ST. BRGY. SAN DIEGO GUMACA, QUEZON

For payment pickup requests, a ₱100 fee will be added.

We encourage everyone to make payments on time and keep a copy of your transaction receipt for reference.

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a MAINLINE FIBER BREAK in Diversion Road at Brgy. Panikihan, affecting some areas within our network. As a result, internet connectivity in Brgy. Bamban and Brgy. Panikihan may be intermittent or completely unavailable.

Our technical team has already been dispatched and is working round-the-clock to restore the damaged fiber lines. We are treating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as progress is made.
