Cyberbullying is a online harassment using digital technologies to scare, or shame others on social media, messaging, gaming, or mobile platforms.

Cyberbullying can have severe effects on our well-being, leading to:
* Mental health issues (anxiety, depression)
* Trauma (emotional pain, lasting impact)
* Low self-esteem (body shaming, negative self-image)

HERE ARE THE WAYS TO AVOID CYBER BULLYING:
