With grateful hearts and steadfast commitment to genuine humanitarian service, the IPC GC IGO Global and Philippine Command successfully conducted the recently concluded Global and Philippine Command Conference and Humanitarian Mission held in Iba and Botolan, Zambales, Region III.

The four-day meaningful gathering commenced on May 17, 2026 (Sunday) with the Officers’ Briefing at the Bulacan Headquarters, strengthening unity, discipline, and readiness among officers and members.

On May 18, 2026 (Monday), delegates travelled from Bulacan to Zambales, followed by fellowship activities, a shared luncheon, and a Health Awareness and Body Check-Up Program through the Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer, promoting not only service to others but also the welfare and well-being of every officers and member.

The Command Conference proper on May 19, 2026 (Tuesday) highlighted the issuance of IPC GC IGO Credentials , Order of Promotion and Designation, Oath Taking Ceremony, Awarding of Certificates and the discussion and approval of the Global and Philippine Command - Budget Allocation Defense, reflecting the organization’s vision, transparency, unity, and dedication toward strengthening humanitarian programs and organizational development. The day concluded with a Team Building Activity that further fostered camaraderie, cooperation, and solidarity among all participants.

On May 20, 2026 (Wednesday), the Humanitarian Mission was successfully carried out through feeding activities, distribution of clothes, and interviews for livelihood projects for the Aeta Community in Botolan, Zambales, a sincere manifestation of compassion, service, and genuine concern for our fellowmen.

The IPC GC IGO extends its deepest gratitude and appreciation to all officers, members, volunteers, partners, and supporters from the Global and Philippine Command whose unwavering dedication, humility, unity, and genuine hearts of service contributed to the success of this noble mission.

Special thanks are also extended to the Aeta Community of Botolan, Zambales for their warm welcome, cooperation, and inspiring spirit.

Above all, we offer our sincerest thanksgiving and gratitude to our Almighty God for the guidance, protection, wisdom, and blessings bestowed upon everyone throughout this successful and fruitful mission.

Together in unity, service, humility, and compassion, we continue to uphold the noble mission of IPC GC IGO in serving humanity wholeheartedly and selflessly.

This humanitarian mission stands as a testament that genuine service, unity, compassion, and commitment continue to live within the hearts of those who serve humanity beyond personal recognition and self-interest. Through the collective efforts, sacrifices, and unwavering dedication of the IPC GC IGO Family, hope and assistance were extended to communities in need, especially our beloved indigenous peoples and those in remote and mountainous areas.

The IPC GC IGO remains steadfast in its mission of promoting humanity, peace, dignity, and social responsibility through unity, discipline, humility, and sincere service. We believe that even the simplest act of kindness carries the power to uplift lives and inspire communities.

To all officers and members, may you continue serving wholeheartedly, guided by faith in God, love for humanity, and sincerity of purpose, not for worldly recognition, but for the greater good and for the glory of our Creator.

As written in Galatians 6:9:
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

This noble humanitarian endeavor once again became a living testimony that genuine service, unity, compassion, and dedication remain alive within the hearts of men and women who choose to serve humanity beyond personal recognition and self-interest. The success of today’s mission was made possible through the collective efforts, sacrifices, unwavering commitment, and compassionate hearts of every officer and member of the IPC GC IGO Family.

Our mission today was not merely an act of outreach, but a manifestation of our enduring belief that kindness, hope, and humanity must continue to reach even the most vulnerable sectors of society, especially our beloved indigenous communities and those residing in far-flung and rural mountainous areas. We believe that every act of compassion, no matter how simple, carries the power to uplift lives, restore hope, and inspire communities.

The IPC GC IGO firmly stands for the betterment of all humanity. We continue to uphold the principle that through unity, cooperation, discipline, humility, and genuine service, success in our mandate and mission shall always be achieved. As one united family, we remain steadfast in advancing humanitarian causes that promote peace, compassion, dignity, and social responsibility.

To all our officers and members, may you continue serving wholeheartedly and genuinely, without reservations, hesitations, or expectations of worldly recognition. Let your service always be guided by sincerity, love for humanity, and faith in God. In the spirit of unity, compassion, and service, the International Police Commission Global Command Intergovernmental Organization (IPC GC IGO) continues to reach out to communities, uplifting lives and inspiring hope among the youth.

As it is written:

The IPC GC IGO Philippine Command Conference and Monthly Regular Meeting concluded today with success and fruitful outcomes. The session was led by the Philippines Commanding General, CGen. Noel Gallardo, together with the new batch of Philippine Command Generals and Officers, in a face-to-face meeting simultaneously joined via live Zoom webinar across different regions.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed global leader, His Excellency IPC SCGen Robert Biazon, whose presence and wisdom enriched the Command Conference and Monthly Meeting, alongside the Global Command Generals.
