✨ Gender and Development Training ✨
Last October 24, 2025, the MILTRASCO staff attended an 8-hour Gender and Development (GAD) Seminar held at RCTMC Building, IISHAI, Suarez, Iligan City. 💜
This activity was part of our Cooperative Month celebration and one of the CDA Specialized Trainings. The seminar was conducted by Ms. Chrisalyn Rubio, MMHRM, a CDA-registered Trainer from CURX, who shared valuable insights on promoting gender equality and empowerment in the cooperative sector. 🙌
Kudos to all participants for their active engagement and commitment to continuous learning! 💪
