Congratulations, ISPSC... We made it this far!
What a proud moment for all ISPSCians! Our hard work has finally paid off, and it's been truly worth it. A huge thanks to the entire team, everyone's dedication, perseverance, and passion made this milestone possible.
Special thanks to CHED Regional Office I for the unwavering support extended to all HEIs in the region.
To CHED RD, Dr. Christine Nabor Ferrer, former ISPSC OIC President, thank you for encouraging us to take the leap and join the THE Impact Rankings.
To Dr. Annabelle Francisco, former VP for Research, Extension, and Internationalization, your guidance was instrumental in this journey.
Our deep gratitude also goes to the IZN Coordinators, to Dr. Ranec A. Azarias as Research Director, Dr. Christian Cudiamat Gandeza as Extension Director, other key officials, the OVPREI team, and everyone who gave their all to help us reach this achievement, especially considering that this was ISPSCโs first time joining this THE international ranking.
To everyone who worked tirelessly to meet the deadline, thank you so much.
To Cyanne Justin Vega, anak your help in designing and organizing the Google Sites, one of the major requirements for this ranking, was truly invaluable despite the tight schedule given to you days ahead before the closing time.
To those I may not have mentioned by name, (you know who you are), please know that your contributions are deeply appreciated.
And finally, my heartfelt congratulations to our current administration, especially to SUC President III, Dr. Mario Obrero. Thank you, Sir, for your continued support of the Internationalization Office and for propelling ISPSC further into the international arena.

He also thanked the Technical Working Group and all ISPSC teaching and non-teaching personnel for their valuable contributions that paved the way for the Collegeโs inclusion in the global rankings. The TWG was composed of Dr. Christine Nabor Ferrer, then Officer-in-Charge, Office of the President; Dr. Annabelle Francisco, former Vice President for Research, Extension, and Internationalization; Dr. Ranec A. ISPSC is one of the 13 higher education institutions from Region I included in the 2025 THE Impact Rankings, which evaluated 2,526 universities from 130 countries and regions. The University of Oxford in the United Kingdom led this yearโs global list.
The annual rankings are regarded as one of the most comprehensive assessments of universitiesโ contributions to social and environmental goals. Institutions are evaluated using the enhanced World University Rankings (WUR) 3.0 methodology, which measures performance across five core areas: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry engagement, and international outlook.
