UNDAS 2025: Augmented personnel for Passenger Assistance Center (PAC) assisted inbound passengers.

‎At about 301409HOctober 2025, Ms. Passenger, was about to board MB Ferry 9 at the Iloilo Port Parola bound for Jordan Port. While walking down the stairs, she failed to notice the last step and accidentally slipped, causing her to fall and twist her ankle.
‎
‎The personnel on actual duty, together with PAC augmented personnel and medical staff, immediately responded and provided first aid assistance to the concerned individual.
‎
‎injured person with suspected sprain injury at the right ankle was promptly assisted and treated by the responding team. He is now in stable condition, and all is well.
