Why do we climb? Why do we keep climbing?
Some climb to recharge. Others seek a brief escape from the noise of the city. Some hope to find themselves, to discover peace, or simply to explore the beauty of creation, some says for the sake of storys in socials (kidding aside).
We all have our own reasons for climbing.
And a realization came, that no mountain can give us lasting peace, and no trail alone can help us truly find ourselves. The real journey begins within. We must do the inner work, allowing God to shape our hearts.
Because the truth is, true peace and true identity are found only when we know who we are in Christ. Our identity is not defined by our achievements, our adventures, or even the mountains we conquer. It is found in Jesus alone.
He gave His life so that we could truly live. Who else would willingly die for us? Only Jesus. What immeasurable love—a love so deep that can never be fully fathomed.
Perhaps the mountains were never meant to replace what our souls long for. Instead, they remind us of the One who is eternal, infinite, and unchanging. Every summit points beyond itself to the Creator.
The peace you've been searching for and the identity you've been trying to discover have always been found in Him.
