Carelon Global Solutions Philippines has expanded its presence in Western Visayas with the inauguration of a new site at SM Strata Tower 1 in Mandurriao, Iloilo City. This development marks the company’s fifth location in the region and supports its goal of helping Western Visayas become the Healthcare Information Management Services (HIMS) capital of the world. According to Chief Country Executive Nicki Agcaoili, the expansion reflects Carelon’s commitment to innovation, talent development, and service enhancement. From around 80 services in 2023, the company now offers nearly 100 capabilities, strategically deployed to ensure business continuity and professional growth.

The company is also focused on inclusive employment and is collaborating with local governments to upskill workers in the healthcare and IT-BPM sectors. Agcaoili emphasized that Carelon is open to hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds, including senior citizens and persons with disabilities. With a target of 10,000 full-time employees nationwide — 5,000 of which will be based in Iloilo — Carelon continues to invest in the Filipino workforce. Recognized as one of the Philippines’ best workplaces by Great Place To Work and a finalist in the Solaia IT-BPM Awards 2025, Carelon attributes its success to a culture rooted in care and employee well-being.
