In line with the celebration of the 24th Tubong-Tubong Festival and the 87th Year of Emancipation, please be informed of the road rerouting plan for emergencies or urgent transactions during the conduct of Blocking of Tribes, Tubong Street Dance Competition, and Tubong Dance Drama Competition on April 28-29 and May 1, 2025.

The following are the streets closed and the alternate routes:
