We're seeking a talented and driven Product Owner to join a fast-growing crypto casino. In this pivotal role, you'll define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive the development of innovative features. Reporting to the Head of Product

- Work setting: Fully remote, ideally based in Southeast Asia as you will be collaborating with teams in Southeast Asia & Australia, or else, able to adapt to the timezones. Monday to Friday.

What you’ll be doing:

As our 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿, you’ll be instrumental in steering our product's vision and ex*****on. With the support of an outsourced development team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Define a clear product vision and strategy aligned with our business goals, driving end-to-end product development. Maintain and prioritize a product backlog based on market analysis and stakeholder input.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Foster a creative and collaborative environment that prioritizes an intuitive, user-centered experience.
- Monitor the iGaming market, keeping a pulse on competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions.
- Coordinate and manage product release plans to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Track and analyze KPIs to inform continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to address challenges in product development and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Working experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 2 years as a Product Owner, with experience in end-to-end product development on the casino operator side.
- Strong familiarity with casino products in the crypto space is a must.
- Exceptional command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively gather requirements and communicate technical information.
- Proven ability to work cross-departmentally and support developers in a collaborative, empathetic way.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify diverse scenarios and potential improvements.
- Strong track record in writing clear documentation and task specifications in JIRA.

Position: Product Tester, reporting to the Head of Product
Location: Southeast Asia (fully remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday , 8h/day

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for testing our casino platform, identifying bugs, documenting issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience. Industry experience is not a must, but product testing experience is. 🙂

What you’ll be doing:

Identify and Document Issues: Go through product flows, reproduce bugs, and thoroughly document all findings for the development team.
Test User Flows: Participate in regular product testing, including registration, login, and gameplay testing.
Bug Reporting: Help the team reproduce reported bugs and work closely with them to ensure issues are addressed.
Suggest Improvements: Provide suggestions based on user experience testing, offering insights for improvements to enhance the overall product.
User Simulation: Take on the role of a regular user to test features as a player would, ensuring the product meets end-user expectations.
Analyze Heatmaps and User Behavior (Bonus): If familiar, leverage tools like Hotjar to provide insights into user behavior through heatmaps and other user experience analysis.

What we’re looking for:
✨ Previous experience in product testing, end-user testing, or product reviews.
✨ Ability to clearly document all findings, including bugs, issues, and any relevant details that can assist the development team.
✨ Experience in reproducing bugs and creating detailed reports to ensure they can be addressed by the team.
✨ Ability to provide insights into the user experience and suggest improvements for enhancing user satisfaction.
✨ Experience with tools like Hotjar or understanding heatmaps is a plus.
✨ Familiarity with UX testing and analysis is an advantage.
