Basa-basa 💯✅
“Sayang imong degree, wala man nimo gigamit.”
Hehe, I’m sorry, but I will never agree with this one.
I practiced what I studied for years already. But right now, that degree is simply not one of the cards I need to play to navigate the life I want. But it will always be one of my lifelines oy, It’s there if I ever need it again anytime, anywhere.😅
Anyway, if you finished a degree and later chose business or a completely different career, asa man dapit ang “sayang” ana? Success doesn’t have to look exactly like the course you finished. Your degree doesn’t lose its value just because you found another path that works better for you. You earned that education, and choosing a different path will never erase that achievement.
Sometimes we underestimate how much of who we are today was shaped by the years we spent getting that education. Dili lang diploma ang nakuha nato ana. The way we think, communicate, handle pressure, make decisions, and even the confidence we carry into different rooms, part of that was built along the way. And yes, having something behind your name gives you a certain credibility too. You may not need to use it every day, pero naa ra gihapon na sa imoha.
Even in the simplest conversations, whether it’s business, work, networking, or even dating, you will always have something you can proudly say about yourself. “I have a degree in…” “I have a master’s in…” “I have a doctorate in…” And trust me when I say,
It will always ring a bell!!! Whether you’re practicing it at the moment or not.😅🔔
