Even though I’m stuck
Yet , each day feels like an echo
of the past, where the laughter
still lingers in the corners
of my mind
I find comfort in the memories,
which cradle my heart in moments
of quiet Although the pain of your absence
is profound, I find solace in the
legacy of kindness and strength
you left behind.
I hold onto the love we shared,
hoping it will guide me through
this journey of healing, reminding
me that though you’re gone,
the bond we created remains unbreakable
I carry your spirit with me,
guiding me through the darkness
and into the light of new beginnings

How Grateful I am, to still be on Earth with the ones I love.
Grief sneaks up on me still. I know it always will

Yet I know at the same time, that we shall meet again I’m here for a reason
I’ll be all the way there when it’s my time
