Dahil dito, suspendido ang pasok simula ika-12 ng tanghali sa Preparatory Schools (Kindergarten & Day Care).

Paalala sa lahat ng 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗶𝗦𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 (kasalukuyang enrolled) na hindi pa nagsusumite ng kanilang requirements, bukas po ang ating tanggapan hanggang ika-5:00 ng hapon.

Huling araw ng pagsusumite: 𝗢𝗸𝘁𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Gayundin, ipinaaalam po namin na hindi pa tumatanggap ng mga bagong aplikante sa kasalukuyan. Maglalabas po ng hiwalay na anunsyo ukol sa pagbubukas ng mga slot. Sa ngayon, pinapatapos lamang po muna ang pagsusumite ng ng mga kasalukuyang iSKolars.

Requirements:
•Accomplishment profile
•Narrative essay
•Proof of achievements (certificates, photos, media)
•Endorsement letter (or self-nomination)
•Valid ID / proof of residency
•2x2 photo

Mechanics
1. Nomination – Open call, submissions accepted until September , 2025.

2. Screening – Documents reviewed for completeness & eligibility.

3. Shortlisting – Nominees per center will be invited for validation.

4. Panel Interview – Shortlisted nominees present (3-5 minutes) + Q&A.

5. Final Scoring & Deliberation – Panel aggregates scores to determine 1
Outstanding Youth per Center.

6. Awarding – Winners announced during Gabi ng Kabataan 2025.

Criteria (100 pts):

Impact & Relevance – 40
Excellence & Innovation – 25
Leadership & Involvement – 20
Sustainability & Consistency – 15
