ASEAN–Korea Music Festival 2026 ROUND to be held in the Philippines

The ASEAN–Korea Music Festival 2026 (ROUND) will take place in the Philippines, continuing the festival’s mission of strengthening cultural exchange and friendship between ASEAN member states and the Republic of Korea.

Following previous editions in Jakarta, Busan, Vientiane, and Kuala Lumpur, the Manila stop highlights the Philippines’ active role in regional cooperation as it prepares for its ASEAN chairmanship in 2026.

Scheduled for April 18–19, 2026, at the Araneta Coliseum, the free-admission event will feature Korean indie artist 10cm and global pop group HORI7ON, with additional performers to be announced.

Through music and youth participation, ROUND 2026 underscores the growing people-to-people ties that continue to shape ASEAN–Korea relations. | via ROUND Festival

✨ Light the Season: A Korea–Philippines Lantern Celebration ✨

From Dec. 2 to Jan. 6, Intramuros glowed with Filipino parol and Korean Jinju silk lanterns, celebrating culture, creativity, and shared hope. Visitors can experience and enjoy the vibrant lantern displays throughout this period at the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, showcasing traditions from both nations that brighten the christmas season.
