AVOID OXIDATION RISKS IN KIBBLE!

Storing kibble the wrong way can make it lose nutrients and go rancid. Just like cooking oil gets rancid, kibble fats also spoil when exposed to air.
A COMMON MISTAKE: transferring kibble into PLASTIC TUBS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL BAG. This speeds up oxidation.
BEST PRACTICE: Keep the kibble bag sealed + place it inside a sturdy airtight container.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT FOOD BOWL MATTERS!

Not all bowls are created equal. Some keep your pets safe and healthy, others may harbor bacteria or chemicals.

A UK study tracking bacterial growth over 14 days showed plastic retained the highest bacterial counts by day 14, while ceramic had lower counts—though ceramic had more bacterial species present.

TIPS FOR FURPARENTS:
- wash bowls daily
- replace if scratched or chipped
- store dry
- choose size and depth based on your pet

- travel/convenience: silicone collapsible

END DOG MEAT TRADE‼️

THE ONLY SURVIVOR

On November 7, we rescued a dog who had been sold on the side of the road, her paws and mouth tied—a heartbreaking victim of cruelty in the brutal dog meat trade.

We named her Juana. This innocent soul was on the verge of death, but thanks to the combined efforts of our team, Soi Dog Foundation, CIDG PFU Ilocos Sur, and our dedicated advocates and collaborators, she’s now on her way to our Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in Capas, Tarlac.
