Some women stopped living for themselves a long time ago.

You can see it in the way they stay strong even when they are tired in places sleep cannot fix.

They still cook.
Still answer calls.
Still show up.
Still make sure everyone else is okay.

But deep down, they are carrying pain nobody notices because they became too good at hiding it.

And the scary part is… some of them are not holding on because life feels beautiful anymore.

They are holding on because little hands still need them here.

Because their children still call them “mom.”

Because even when their heart feels heavy, they know they cannot fall apart yet.

That kind of pain stays quiet.

Most people never even see it.

Sharing my Zumba journey. ❤️

To all the amazing mommies out there, never forget that taking care of yourself is not selfish it’s necessary. We spend so much of our time caring for our families that we often forget we deserve the same love and attention.

Every dance step is a reminder that we are stronger than our struggles, braver than our fears, and capable of starting over every single day. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep moving.

Zumba has become more than just exercise for me it has helped me release stress, regain my confidence, and find joy again. When a mother chooses to take care of her mind, body, and heart, her whole family benefits.

So to every mommy who feels tired, overwhelmed, or forgotten: keep believing in yourself. Your strength is inspiring, your smile is powerful, and your journey matters.

One step, one song, one day at a time. Keep dancing, keep smiling, and never give up. 💃❤️

Depression and anxiety are real struggles that affect a person’s mind, emotions, and daily life. They are not signs of weakness, and they should never be ignored.

When we ignore depression and anxiety, the pain can become heavier over time. A person may lose interest in things they once loved, feel constantly worried, struggle to sleep, or feel alone even when surrounded by people. In severe cases, they may begin to lose hope and think about harming themselves.

Listening, understanding, and offering support can make a huge difference. Sometimes, a simple conversation, kindness, or encouraging someone to seek professional help can save a life.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. If someone has a fever or an injury, we encourage them to see a doctor. In the same way, people experiencing depression or anxiety deserve care, compassion, and treatment.

No one should suffer in silence. By acknowledging mental health struggles and supporting one another, we create a community where people feel safe, valued, and loved.

Goodbye and shutdown

To those who believe in me, thank you for your unwavering support. I may not be perfect, but I am learning to stand, to heal, and to love myself a little more each day.

Life has taught me that sometimes, at our lowest point, the person we expect to hold our hand is the very one who causes the deepest pain. Yet even through the heartbreak, I choose to rise, not because I am strong all the time, but because I refuse to lose myself.

Thank you to those who stayed, who believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. Your kindness reminds me that even in the darkest moments, there is still hope, strength, and a reason to keep moving forward.

I am not giving up. I am rebuilding, loving myself, and becoming stronger than the pain that once tried to break me.

Story time 😘

Dear Self,

Perhaps only I can fully understand the battles I fight in silence, the tears I hide, and the thoughts I cannot always explain to others.

But understanding myself also means showing myself kindness. It means listening to my pain without judging it and remembering that I deserve the same compassion that I offer to everyone else.

I am allowed to be tired, but I do not have to give up. I am allowed to ask for help, even if no one understands every detail of my story. Being understood completely is not a requirement for being loved, supported, or cared for.

Today, I will be gentle with myself. I will breathe, rest, and hold on a little longer. My struggles are real, but so is my strength. I have survived every difficult day that brought me here, and I can take the next step, however small it may be.

I am still here. And for now, that is enough.

With love,

Me

Good vibes lang ta diring dapita.😘
