Lemon Garlic Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black
pepper
3 tablespoons butter, divided
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus lemon slices for garnish

Procedure:👇

1. Place chicken pieces on a large plate. Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.

2. Sprinkle the chicken with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Using clean hands or a spoon toss the chicken pieces to coat completely.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once a drop of water scatters on the pan, it is hot, add 2 tablespoons of the butter and all of the olive oil. Tilt the pan to evenly coat.

4. Add chicken pieces in an even layer and cook for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until chicken is golden brown on all sides. Do not overcrowd the pan, it will cause the chicken to steam.

5. Add remaining butter, minced garlic and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Cook for one more minute or until chicken pieces are cooked through. Be sure to scrape the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Serve immediately with lemon slices. Enjoy 😊

Ube Sesame Balls Recipe:❤️

Filling:
* 7 oz grated purple yam
* 200 ml coconut milk
* 2 tbsp condensed milk
* 2 tbsp + 2 tsp water
* 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

Dough:
* 3 cups glutinous rice flour
* 1 cup mashed potatoes
* 1 1/4 cups boiling-hot water
* 1 tbsp ube extract
* 1/2 cup sugar

Procedure:
1. Combine all the filling ingredients in a pan. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and no longer sticks to the pan. Set aside to cool.

2. Mix all dough ingredients until smooth.

3. Take a small piece of dough, flatten, add filling, wrap it up, and shape into a ball. Dip in water and roll in sesame seeds.

4. Continue until all dough and filling are done.

❤️SPICY BUTTERED GARLIC BANGUS RECIPE❤️
Ingredients

1 whole bangus (milkfish), cleaned
4 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 red chili peppers (siling labuyo), chopped (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon calamansi or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or spring onions (optional for garnish)

Procedure:

1. Prepare the bangus:
Pat the bangus dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. Fry the bangus:
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place the bangus skin-side down and fry until the skin becomes crispy, about 3-5 minutes.

Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Set aside on a plate.

3. Make the garlic butter sauce:
In the same pan, reduce the heat to low. Add the butter and let it melt.

Add the minced garlic and chopped chili peppers. Sauté until the garlic becomes fragrant and golden brown, being careful not to burn it.

4. Add seasoning:
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and calamansi juice. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the flavors combine.

5. Combine:
Pour the garlic butter sauce over the fried bangus.

6. Garnish and serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley or spring onions if desired. Serve hot with rice. Enjoy 😊

❤️Delicious Pork Siomai Recipe❤️
Ingredients:

500g Ground pork or beef or chicken
150g Mushrooms, minced
150g Shrimps,minced
1 Medium Carrot, minced
1 med Onion,minced
2 stalks spring onions
100g Corn starch
1/2 tbsp Chicken powder or beef granules
salt and ground black Pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 large Egg🥚
Wonton wrapper

Dipping sauce:

150ml soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
2tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
Toasted garlic
A little Chili paste, optional

How to make:
1. Combine all ingredients except siomai wrappers . Adjust seasoning according to taste. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Remove filling from fridge. Scoop about 1 table spoon full of filling and put it on the center of wrapper; fold all edges up and flatten top and bottom. Repeat procedure for remaining mixture.
3. Spread oil on a tray of steamer. Steam for about 20 minutes, or fry in cooking oil until light brown.
4. Serve with soy sauce, fried garlic, and lemon juice , chili paste dipping sauce.

Ingredients

10 piraso hinog na saba (nilaga at binalatan)
1 tasa kondensadang gatas
1/2 tasa evaporated milk
1 tasa margarina o mantikilya
1 tasa grated cheddar cheese (opsyonal)
1 tasa asukal (depende sa tamis ng saging)
Grated coconut o kinayod na niyog (opsyonal, pang-toping)

Procedure

1.) UNA Dikdikin ang saging Sa isang malaking bowl o almires, dikdikin ang nilagang saba hanggang maging malagkit at pino.

2) Pangalawa. Idagdag ang mga sangkap Haluan ng kondensada, evaporated milk, asukal, at margarina. Haluin at dikdikin muli hanggang magpantay ang timpla.

3.) Pangatlo, Ayusin at ihanda Ibalot sa dahon ng saging o i-molde sa maliit na bilog.

4.) Ikaapat ang Garnishing , Budburan ng grated cheese o kinayod na niyog kung nais.

5. )Last Ihain at kainin Mas masarap ito kapag malamig o bahagyang mainit.

(Lumpiang ISDA Recipe) ♥️

(INGREDIENTS)
1 kilo Galunggong (nilaga at hinimay)
1/2 kilo shredded carrots
4 pcs (chopped onions)
8 cloves garlic, )minced)
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
Magic sarap to.taste
Lumpia wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying

(PROCEDURE)
1) In a large bowl, combine hinimay na isda carrots, green onions, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. And magic sarap

2) Place a tablespoon of the mixture into each Lumpia wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a bit of water.

3) Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the Lumpia until golden brown

🥘Mutton Curry

Ingredients:
Mutton – 500 g (washed and cleaned)
Onion – 2 medium (finely sliced)
Tomato – 2 medium (chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Green chillies – 2 (slit)
Yogurt/curd – ½ cup (whisked)
Oil – 4 tbsp
Whole spices – 1 bay leaf, 2 cardamoms, 4 cloves, 1-inch cinnamon
Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Water – as required

🔥 Method:
Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan/pressure cooker. Add whole spices and sauté until aromatic.
Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, cook until they soften and oil starts separating.
Mix in red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.
Add mutton pieces and fry on medium heat for 6–8 minutes until well coated with masala.
Stir in whisked yogurt, cook till oil separates.
Pour enough water for desired gravy, cover and cook:
Pressure cooker: 5–6 whistles on medium flame.
Pan: Slow cook for 45–60 minutes until mutton is tender.
Sprinkle garam masala, mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

✅ Serving suggestions: Enjoy with steamed rice, jeera rice, chapati, or naan.
