Fellowship Baptist College (FBC) takes pride in the remarkable accomplishment of its student, Ericho O. Tanteras, who showcased exceptional skill and innovation in the recently concluded 16th National Food Showdown - KAON TA! held at the Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City, on October 3-4, 2025.

Under the expert guidance of his Coach, Mr. Karyl John G. Alombro, Tanteras represented Fellowship Baptist College with distinction, securing a coveted spot as a Finalist in the Coffee Concoction category.

Furthermore, he demonstrated his versatility and expertise by claiming the Bronze Medal in Cocktail Mixing, outshining 18 other participants nationwide.

The National Food Showdown, themed “Balik Isla: Foraging in the Philippine Countryside,” brought together over 200 culinary enthusiasts, students, and professionals from diverse educational institutions, hotels, and restaurants across the country. This prestigious event highlighted the richness of Philippine culture and the artistry of its culinary talents.
